WORK EXPERIENCE 2006 – Current AAI Corporation Hunt Valley, Maryland Quality Assurance Specialist As the Shipping Inspector for AAI, I am directly responsible for ensuring all outgoing deliverable shipments are acceptable for shipment to customers around the world. Inspecting workmanship, revision levels, and corresponding paperwork ensuring military and government specifications have been met prior to shipment. In constant contact with program managers and planners to ensure our customers receive quality products per the contracts that are in place. Responsible for ensuring shipping and traffic departments follow all shipping and packaging instructions including but not limited to current Military Standards (MIL-STD-2073, MIL-STD-129P) and Best Commercial Practice standards. Complete control over the Quality Assurance Shipping Collection Plan in ARMS (ORACLE) which includes keeping record of all outgoing shipments, sending rejection notifications, and creating monthly metrics reporting for program directors and program managers. Creating serviceability tags for government property when applicable. 2005 - 2006 AAI Corporation Hunt Valley, Maryland Project Administrator / Asset Manager Working with US Army Units to maintain 85% or better readiness rating on Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS). Maintaining and revising data for accurate metrics reporting using Repairdata, Oracle, AAIMES, EMATRIX, and ABC databases. Directly supporting the Supply Support/Asset Management requirements associated with Performance Based Logistics. Working with engineers, program managers, and planners to ensure unit’s readiness.
