EXPERIENCE (1983-2005) Intel Corporation, Santa Clara, CA Tech II Provide facilities maintenance services to 6 buildings. Responsible for office lighting, including ballast changes. Maintained HVAC and AC systems – filter and belt replacement. Repaired lock mechanisms on entry doors and cabinets. General maintenance – light plumbing work including faucet and filter changes and floor and ceiling tile replacement. Carpentry – install cabinets, entry and office doors. Input work order completion information into computer tracking system. Trained and certified to use fork, genie and scissor lifts. I was an active member of ERT (Emergency Response Team) for 5 years, certified in CPR and fall protection gear training. This position demanded clear and concise communication and attention to detail. Started as Janitor/Clean Room Specialist and advanced to final position as Tech II. I’ve provided the following type of work to residential customers: Masonry – tile and brick laying, cement paths, spackling; light plumbing – pipe repair, faucet installation; light electrical – fixture installation including ceiling fans; carpentry – wheel chair ramp, kitchen/bathroom cabinet installation, garden box construction; painting; and gardening service.
