Work Experience: 6/06 - Current SS+K (freelance) New York, NY Project/Traffic Coordinator – Advertising -Creates schedule for each job and sets due dates. -Keeps track of work in creative department and works with account team to follow up on due dates that were established for copy, layout, art and mechanicals. -Assist internal/external creative resources and manage Q+A’s as needed. -Develop and maintain an accessible archive system for client creative and major documents. -Monitors progress of job through agency to insure deadlines will be met. -Assists in coordinating new business pitches for potential clients. -Accounts: Delta, Pfizer, PEW, Revver. 3/06 – 6/06 Saatchi & Saatchi New York, NY Traffic/Production Coordinator – Advertising -Provides continual checks for cost, quality, and timing of jobs.
