CURRENT JOB PROFILE Export Executive: M/s Banco Products (I) Pvt. Ltd. – Baroda (October 2006 – Till date) www.bancoindia.com Business Development Executive: M/s Umalaxmi International – Baroda (June 2002 – September 2006) www.umalaxmi.com / www.umalaxmi-organics.com Responsibilities:  International product marketing – Communication with overseas clients, demand analysis, supply analysis and international price analysis.  Product development – developing market for the existing product, new product sourcing and widening product range and quality check through personal visits at the manufacturing/ processing units.  Logistics – analyzing and negotiating with the shipping lines and clearing agents to work out with the freights for effective costing. Actual port exposure to keep a check on the logistic issues.  Financial analyses – Access the viability of the entire project and assisting to negotiate with the bankers for credit approvals and other facilities.  Co-ordination - Communicating and coordinating the overall supply deal till its final destination and up to the client’s expectations. Notable achievements during the tenure:  Visited CPHI – Madrid, Spain in November 2005 for exhibiting and marketing the herbal product range.  6 months training at M/s Allwyn Impex pvt.- Gandhidham for actual exposure to the port activities and logistics. Diploma in Import – Export Management from The Indian Institute of Export and Import management – Sayajigunj, Baroda. Basic qualifications is Masters in Commerce with Business organization and marketing as major subject from The M. S. University – Baroda and have completed my schooling from St. Xavier’s school – Bhuj. OTHER SKILL SETS Well versed with computers- MS office and I am an extensive surfer to extract information from Internet. I have good command over English, Gujarati and Hindi.
