Supervised and managed over 8 CVS store rebuilds. All of which were at or under budget. Trained hundreds of personnel, including team managers, in all areas of store rebuild and inventory, Supervised and managed inventory crews ranging from 10 to 120 personnel to conduct extensive material inventories on Home Depot, Wal Mart, CVS, J.C.Penny, and many other major chains, all of which came in over 90 percent under allotted time. As General Manager of Taco Bell, the store achieved the “Golden Bell” award for safety and cleanliness maintained a low crew turnover the entire time.
