I had also a very good exposure at Hydraulics of Injection Molding Machine, I had actively participated in creation of hydraulic circuit and selection of hydraulic components (SYDFE Pump, Proportional Flow Control Valve, and Cartridge Valve ) and other accessories like accumulator and heat exchanger design also. We have a Computer Aided Design Department, which uses today’s best CAD Technology to assist our routine and Conventional design process as well as for new development projects We are using the Pro/Engineer 2001, Pro/PDM for the routine design activities (Layout Driven Assembly, Top Down Approach, Bottom Up Approach, Skeleton Assembly & Advance Modeling and Assembly). We do our complete design work on Pro/Engineer & Pro/PDM. From the last Year (2005) we had updated our CAD department with Pro/Engineer Wildfire 2.0 & Pro/Intralink. We are using high-end design technology like Finite Element Analysis for new development projects.
