Marketing plan of Computer technology solution The project defines the market situation of the company and it analyzes the current state of the product in terms of technological change and place in the product life cycle, the competitive situation. This project also deals with the indirect factors which can impact the marketing of products or services. It defines the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the company. It also provides the financial and marketing objectives of the company. International business of Wal-Mart The project explains the reason of pursuing international business activities. It describes the influence of national and subcultures on international business. It also describes the strategies for doing international business and all the factors influencing product, placement, pricing, distribution and promotional policies in international business. Patient Life Cycle Management (PLCM) System The application is responsible for maintaining all aspect of patient once they are admitted in the hospital. The patient profile is recorded using Windows GUI interface. The application keeps track of medical records. The application provides different can reports for hospital management. The application is built on Visual Basic 6.0 and SQL Server 2000 as data storage. Banking Information (BIS) System The BIS application is responsible for maintaining financial transactions. I was involved in designing the User Interface, coding the UI functionality, and testing the system. The application went through standard testing process. We used Black Box Testing, White Box Testing, Stress Testing, and Load Testing techniques. The application is built on Visual Basic 6.0. The team size on this project was 8.
