Worked as a Track lead of a module, and created requirements of test cases. Wrote test cases, and did testing using Test Director. The project we are working on is Unified billing for Sprint and Nextel. This is a brand new project that is combining billing and customer management activities for Sprint and Nextel. We have been working closely with Amdocs and assisting in their codes for this project and writing test plans for these code impacts. Release one has dealt with current features that Nextel had in their Ensemble application being implemented with the Sprint customers. This project is bringing together 22 million customers and is one of the biggest Telco projects that I have the opportunity to work on. For both Release One and Release Two I have gone through the entire testing process of writing tests and defect management. I have also held conferences, represented the team in discussions, and trained new employees. For Release two I have been acting as an assigned track lead because the track lead has been busy with execution for R1 so I have been responsible for planning for my entire module. Our module, CSM, Customer Service Management has been impacted by 35 Impact Assessments and I have managed, planned, and set up all our data. I have been responsible for 2200 test cases so far on the Release 2 out of which almost 1200 were written by me. I have also tracked this down made a matrix, and been able to present this to business (SPRINT, NGPP Boost, and AMDOCS). Cerner Corporation – Kansas City, MO Software Engineer (Feb 2005 – Nov 2005)) Worked on the ‘Choose and Book’ project team that developed an entire application for the National Health Care System for United Kingdom. During this project I have done JUnit testing, UAT Testing, wrote test cases, executed regression test cases, and code specific test cases. I have gone through 3 different Releases of coding, and writing tests and executing test cases. I worked on writing codes, resolved defects, created a new SAML parsing file generator for smartcard logins. Improve efficiency.
