During the 13 years of my tenure, I consulted on numerous, diverse individual project assignments and systems. * Recent assignments included Test Team Lead for intelligence collection software system; database programmer on a warehouse application using ORACLE and Oracle Forms to allow users to access stored data; and a MOTIF user interface to allow administration of a data store and forward software system. * Another multi-year project involved C code development and a user interface written in MOTIF. Responsible for the man-machine inter- face, which consisted of 150,000 lines of code as part of a large signals collection and analysis system. This interface accepted and validated user input, then communicated that input to the appropriate part of the system. * Participated in effort to import the highly successful Experience Factory (EF) software development process improvement process, still in use at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight center, into NSA’s software development organization. This project involved understanding and then revising the NASA process so that it would fit into the NSA environment, and then utilizing a test office to implement the prescribed methods. 1987-1991 Software System Coder / Tester Computer Sciences Corporation Hanover, Maryland Involved in several software system life cycles at various stages of development.
