WORK EXPERIENCE 1995 - 1998 Fresno High School Fresno, CA Sales Representative and Office Manager I worked on the Fresno High School Year Book staff for three years. My jobs included: answering phones, filling out paperwork for the sales of books an ads. I also inputed the information and kept a running tab of how many books had been sold and how much money was in the budget. I organized a budget of where the money should be spent. This gave me an opportunity to work with many different people and oversee a crew of my peers. 1994 - 2000 Barb’s Housekeeping Fresno, CA House Keeper My jobs consisted of all the various things needed to clean a house. This includes: dusting, vacuuming, laundry, etc. I also oversaw the accounts when Barbara was not available. 2000 - 2001 Barb’s Housekeeping Fresno, CA Owner Took sole responsibility for the accounts. I did all of the work and ran the business with two employees. March 2001 – September 2002 Calaveras Materials, Inc. Fresno, CA Receptionist My main duty was to answer the telephone and help give directions to potential customers. Along with these duties I helped accounts payable and receivables. I stuffed envelopes, made books of mailed invoices and ten filed them, organized delivery tickets and made changes as needed, ran PPO reports and matched tickets to this report. I am so helped the credit department with keeping track of checks and entering credit card transactions and cash payments. I entered bills into the computer, check delivery tags, enter W-9 forms as they came in, file PO’s and verify employee credit card statements to ensure paperwork was complete and transactions were valid. September 2002 – December 2004 Calaveras Materials, Inc. Fresno, CA Billing Coordinator I was solely responsible for the invoicing of all Calaveras aggregate, asphalt and ready mix sales. I received delivery tickets, organized them, looked over all aspects of the ticket and made sure all corrections were made prior to billing. I worked closely with the various sales men to insure accuracy of the billing. I also collected all pre-lien information for Calaveras. I kept track of how many invoices were billed monthly and the monies that were to be collected. I assisted the credit department with deposits, posting of payments, running and checking reports, etc. I also helped with all of these same duties for South Valley Materials.
