Resume Brief: Thirty four years of employment with AtmosEnergy (formerly Mississippi Valley Gas) working in various roles ranging from office manager and Customer Service Representative in Southaven, MS Regional Office. Dedicated employee with near perfect attendance year after year. Frequently, I am asked to handle some of the more difficult customer inquiries / problems that require special handling.
