Benefits • Ensure the effective and ongoing measurement of the company’s benefits program performance and impact and makes recommendations for adjustments • Work with Management and consultants to design and evaluate company’s benefits programs including 401k, pension, medical, dental, etc. • Conduct benchmarking of benefits against industry trends. • Manage the review and negotiation process for benefits contract renewals. • Identify needs and opportunities to develop and implement benefits communications. • Oversee and/or develops communications related to benefits open enrollment. Compensation • Responsible for the administration of compensation programs, including incentive pay and salary guidelines. • Audit periodically and revise salaries to ensure consistency with market data. • Conduct job analysis and prepare written job descriptions. • Responsible for processing of multi-state payroll. Employee Relations • Design and implement performance evaluation program. • Conduct annual review of Employee Handbook which includes company’s policies, procedures and practices on personnel matters. • Facilitate the resolution of employee relations issues. • Conduct new hire orientations and exit interviews.
