• Examine and process new mothers and their newborns delivery and hospital services and stay information and forwarded this information to the state to be reviewed. • Identifying NICU babies by collection basic clinical, documenting the system and generating admission referrals and notifying the OB nurses for additional follow-up. • Examine and process medical claims for inpatient hospital stays. • Assist external customers, such as billing on authorization requirements or referrals questions. • Research and complete Aurora hospital appeals request in the Masses queue.
