Ordering title commitments, appraisals, case numbers, payoff demand statements and flood certifications. Depending on what type of FHA/VA loan and borrower, income, asset and self-employment documents were also requested. Initiated numerous amounts of phone interactions with borrowers, loan consultants, title companies, FHA/VA representatives and customer service representatives from different mortgage lenders. Worked up Mortgage Credit Analysis Worksheets and FHA/VA Refinance Worksheets. Submitted loans into underwriting according to FHA/VA guidelines. Retrieved files from underwriting clearing any conditions needed prior to preparing loan for closing document preparation. Digitally remote most loan document sets to designated attorneys office or title companies. Faxed over list of items needed to give funding authorization. Clear any closing conditions and LAR requirements which were requested to be initiated for loans which has received funding authorization. Loans would then be passed over to servicing prior to expiration of lock confirmation.
