Oral and written communicatio was a major part of the job in tracking. Regent Security:1999-2001: Security Officer: Operated switchboard, filed correspondence and maintained record in receiving and shipping department. Locked and unlocked doors for employees to entetr and exit. Monitored video camera system and assisted visitors. Verified badges for proper entrance. 1990-1995- City of Augusta Police Department: Parking Officer: Distributed citation for parking violations. Maintained accurate records and reports. Richmond County Board of Education: 1981-1990 Substitute Teacher. Taught all grade levels as assigned. Maintained discipline of students.
