Responsible for answering the phone, completing mailings and updating computer records. 2002-2003 Verifications Agent (AT&T, Qwest), Advanced Data-Comm, Dubuque, IA As an Independent Verifications Agent, I confirmed the customers willingness to use AT&T and Qwest long distance services. I also validated IVR calls to determine if the customer understood what they were agreeing to. 1995-1997 Shipping Clerk, Walnut Hollow, Dodgeville, WI Responsibilities included packing orders for distribution, quality control, and entering orders into computer and kept all paperwork updated to ensure proper tracking of packages. Trained new employees the shipping process; from receiving the paper work to packing it and entering the order info into the computer and then getting it into the proper trailer. Received shipments from medical supply companies; containing equipment for the Hospital and Outlying Clinics in the Bay Area. As Customer Service Rep I had direct contact with medical supply companies to ensure timely and proper deliveries. If equipment or meds did not get delivered; I would locate it through invoice and computer searches and contacting the sales rep to make sure they did their part. I was liaison between the Supply Warehouse and the Hospital.
