Eliminated 28 positions in the department which decreased payroll by over $1.5 million. Reduced overtime costs by 9% while workload remained constant. Physical inventory results in the 4th quarter of 2005 were 99.2% accurate resulting in a positive net EBIT impact of over $147,000.
