Responsible, for assisting with task coordination and delivery assignment, by preparing the functional analysis of all RO functions and manpower requirements. PWS - Albany Research Center (ARC): Manages the development of the PWS. Works with DOE Management to capture workload estimates and develop technical exhibits, and budgets. Serves as a competent, effective member of client delivery/assignment team, responsible for assisting with task coordination and management and contribute recognized functional expertise to client deliverables. Transition and Post-Competition Accountability Guide - Department of Energy (DOE): Consolidated raw data, coordinated and wrote the guidance to implement the residual organization after MEO implementation. This guide outlines policy and procedures for oversight of the Service Provider and/or MEO. Feasibility Review - Office of Science (SC), DOE: Conducted a Feasibility Review of 266 positions within SC to assess the feasibility of outsourcing various functions. Provided written justification for the inclusion and/or exclusion of functional units. Provided complete written evaluation of the findings. The findings determined the scope of the project, the Full-Time Equivalents (FTEs) currently assigned to the activity or function and assessed industry’s interest and capability to perform the work and estimated the cost savings potential to DOE and associated risks and challenges.
