Employment 08-05 through present Medica Medical Insurance High Volume call center dealing with independent customers on their medical insurance policy's. Quoting benefits, reviewing claims, co-payments, and max out of pockets. Individual policy information including rates and policy information. Customer Service Representative 2 months in a row. Moved 2 positions within 2 months due to abilities to multi task and learning new information, customer friendly and ability to follow up in a timely manor.
