PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS State Farm Mutual Insurance Co., Bloomington, IL 1984 – present • Compensation Analyst (1995 – present) Developed, designed and implemented pay program for 70,000 plus employees, including salary structure development, merit, and geographic differentials as well as policy and procedural manuals. Trained peers and business partners on current philosophies and methodologies for current pay programs. Conducted employee and management focus groups soliciting opinions on work environment, performance and pay programs. Developed and coordinated peer training program on market analysis and pricing. Worked extensively with Investments professionals and leadership of the organization in designing and implementing short-term incentive, base pay, and performance management program.
