I fell on 7/9/04 dislocating and breaking my right ankle requiring surgery with the insertion of a plate and twelve screws. I was in a cast until 9/20/04. Due to atrophy in my foot / ankle I required extensive physical therapy and was not released to return to work until 11/16/04.
