Also inspect job sites, costs and quality..  Responsible for change orders, budget management and providing proactive management and communication of critical issues through project buy out.  Demonstrate expert knowledge of Blueprints, AutoCAD, Estimating, Specifications, and Building / Fire/ OSHA and ADA codes.  Recognized for consistently excellent professional performance even as completing BS Degree while being employed full time RECENT PROJECTS MANAGED  Completion of Design for new $20M 43,500 sq. ft Music Building, which is awaiting funding;  $1.4M, 12,000 sq. ft. 4th floor Renovation of administrative offices including President and Dean of Faculty Departments;  The 7,000 sq. ft. / $850k Renovation and Addition to expand and update offices for Alumni / Advancement and Annual Giving;  A. 5,700 sq. ft Renovation of Exercise Science and Athletics Building including a new second floor over squash courts, as well as weight and fitness rooms, locker areas and training rooms and new laboratories and to improve geographic cohesiveness of the structure with a $850k budget; and  A $500k Dorm Renovation Project to upgrade Residence Halls to include finishes, kitchens, bathrooms, fire protection, HVAC and additional rooms in existing footprint REBECCA J.
