EXPERIENCE 2005- Present The Natural Medicine Clinic – Naperville, IL Insurance Case Manager/Manager of Operations Manage patient flow and continuity of care through the Day-0 ~ Day 5’s and beyond-including patient education, call tracking, callbacks, follow-ups directly and overseeing Office Team Members.
