Work involves running different IEP Programs for each student, collecting extensive daily data, reporting to and advising the lead Special Education Teacher and numerous Therapists on each child's progress or lack thereof, including problem-solving and providing alternative learning suggestions. Flexibility is key in dealing with Autistic children, especially in this position.
