What You'll Do

Build Customer Relationships & Drive Growth

• Develop meaningful relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services.
• Consistently achieve or exceed individual and branch sales goals.
• Generate referrals and cross-sell bank products and ancillary services.
• Prospect for new business through networking, community involvement, outbound calls, and business development activities.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, sales initiatives, community events, seminars, and branch promotions.

Deliver Exceptional Service

• Provide an outstanding customer experience with every interaction.
• Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Support and mentor tellers and customer service staff.
• Assist with onboarding and training new Personal Bankers.
• Build customer loyalty through proactive service and relationship management.

Support Banking Operations

• Open and maintain a variety of consumer and business deposit accounts.
• Ensure all account documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Analyze financial and credit information to assist customers with loan and other banking products.
• Perform teller transactions as needed.
• Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Complete required training and professional development activities.

The ideal candidate is someone who genuinely enjoys helping others and creating positive customer experiences. You're naturally friendly, motivated, and confident discussing financial solutions with customers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Teller, Personal Banker, Universal Banker, or similar banking role preferred
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Sales aptitude with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and customer satisfaction
