EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT - EXPEMPT POSITION
Job Description
Oversee high leveladministrative operations of the company. Maintains a close and highlyresponsive relationship to the day‐to‐day activities. Liaison with otherorganizations on such matters as exchange of information and other pertinentmatters. Advises supervisory personnel on administrative matters andadministrative assistants in the execution of their responsibilities. May havesupervisory responsibilities associated with certain assigned duties. Trainsand provides work direction and guidance to others as assigned. Responds andcoordinates requests for information concerning office procedures. Transmitsdirection, policy and decisions of the President and CEO to the variousdepartments/section. Coordination with other contract personnel for statuses onoperations and assigned tasks. Coordinates office workflow to assure the properand timely completion of work. Maintains relevant databases and SharePointlists. Conducts research as required. Prepares various confidential and complexdepartmental reports as assigned utilizing various advanced software programs. Compilesinformation and data for reports and assists in the preparation of statisticaland narrative reports. Reviews reports and correspondence which will be signedby the President and Program Manager for clarity, logic, and completeness. Inspectdocuments, forms, records and other materials for accuracy and completeness.Processes a variety of forms and documents according to established procedures.Coordinates meetings and agendas, arranges travel accommodation and preparescompany expense reports as necessary.
Graduation in related fieldfrom an accredited college or university. Degree in Bachelor of Arts (Humanities,Social and Behavioral Sciences, and Communication) or Bachelor of Science (DataScience, Business Administration, Finance). Must be able to exercise initiativeand independent judgement. Works with limited supervision. Works wellindependently or as a member of a team. Maintains confidentiality of privilegedand sensitive information. Must be able to plan and prioritize work. Must beable to communicate and articulate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Strongcomputer skills and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word,Excel, PowerPoint). Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handlesensitive and confidential situations. Must have a valid states driver’slicense. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience working on DoD contractsor as DA Civilian. Experience writing technical documents. Managementexperience.
