WHAT YOU WILL DO

This role leads process planning by documenting procedures, developing training, and preparing production for new product lines and improvements, including generating and approving protocols and supporting project launch activities in collaboration with Product Development and Engineering while meeting budget and cost-savings targets. It drives process optimization by partnering with cross-functional teams to enhance equipment and production processes across all tissue types, ensuring safe, high-quality, and efficient clinical production. As a Lean and Six Sigma champion, it identifies opportunities for continuous improvement and develops related SOPs and process documentation across departments. Additionally, the role oversees validation activities-including IQ, OQ, PQ, sample builds, and first article inspections-to ensure readiness and compliance during product and process implementation.


WHAT YOU WILL BRING
  • 3 years with BL degree or 5 years with HS degree - production or distribution work experience in tissue banking, blood banking, medical device, clinical trial, pharmaceutical, or other FDA regulated environments
  • 1 year experience in product transfer requirements in a regulated industry

Pay Transparency Statement

The salary range displayed represents the national base salary range for this position and is provided in good faith to support pay transparency. For positions located in designated higher-cost labor markets, a geographic pay adjustment may apply above the posted range for eligible positions according to LifeNet Health's current policy. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as work location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. Total compensation may also include bonuses, benefits, and other rewards that are not reflected in the posted salary range.
