Position Summary Information

Job Description Summary:	Provide first-level help desk support to help maintain all UTS-supported systems. Consult with students, faculty, and staff regarding issues with Villanova technology and systems. Assist with computer problems and provide diagnosis and resolutions. Log calls utilizing the TeamDynamix (TDX) ticket system.
Requirements:	Some technical knowledge to support the IT infrastructure. Excellent written and oral communication skills. *Excellent customer service skills.
Additional Information:	* Summer, Fall, and Spring position. * UTS will provide ALL training. Must have a current drivers license to obtain golf cart certification Due to the time required and nature of learning TechZone systems and procedures, underclassmen candidates are preferred.
Physical Demands Summary:	*Must be able to occasionally lift 50lbs
Wage Rate:	$11.25
