Position Summary:
The Senior Accountant will play a key role in supporting the accounting function through month-end close, journal entries, account reconciliations, financial statement support, variance analysis, and compliance with internal controls and GAAP requirements. This position requires strong technical accounting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to partner effectively with accounting, finance, operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes by ensuring assigned areas are completed accurately and on schedule.
Assist with the preparation and review of financial statements, management reporting, and supporting schedules.
Analyze financial results and account activity to identify trends, explain variances, and support decision-making.
Maintain and improve accounting processes, documentation, and internal controls to support accuracy, consistency, and efficiency
Assist with inventory, fixed assets, cost accounting, intercompany, or other assigned accounting areas based on business needs.
Contribute to finance and accounting projects, system improvements, and process automation initiatives.

Education & Experience:
Pay Range for this position $80,000 to $90,000, depending on experience.
