Job Description
Post Doctoral Associate
Chem/Petroleum Engineering - Pennsylvania-Pittsburgh - (25006180)
We are recruiting a post-doctoral research associate to make a collaborative multidisciplinary research on data-driven life-cycle assessment (LCA) of global natural gas supply and distribution, and mitigation policies associated with the associated carbon intensities estimates and implications for alternative energy systems. Similar to the 2018 landmark publication on global carbon intensity of crude oil production (published in Science magazine), the outcome of this work is anticipated to be published in a high impact research journal. We especially encourage candidates with demonstrated capabilities or experience in LCA, energy systems modeling, data analytics, and oil & gas process design.
