Outreach Coordinator: C-DETECT

This position is to serve as the Outreach Coordinator for the federally-funded C-DETECT project.

The Outreach Coordinator will assist with efforts to gather information from clinical and community stakeholders to inform design, optimization, outreach, and patient/provider buy-in.

This will involve identifying key stakeholders and coordinating meetings.

The Outreach Coordinator will assist with:

  • methods development for listening sessions. This includes recruitment, communication, creation of session materials, research questions, analysis plan

  • all regulatory processes (including preparation of IRB application)

  • preparation of engagement reports

  • analysis of data collected at listening sessions and compilation of summary reports

  • recruitment of experts to make up an expert panel advisory board

  • organization of meetings of the C-DETECT team to deliver updates from the listening sessions and expert panel reviews

  • creation of summary reports and action plans

Other responsibilities include:

  • Obtaining informed consent

  • Scheduling study-related appointments

  • Collecting and coordinating study data

  • Troubleshooting issues that occur before, during and after listening sessions/project meetings

  • Managing regulatory documents

  • Analyzing data

  • Assisting with the preparation and submission of reports and action plans

Hybrid. Some on-site required. This position requires travel, so access to a vehicle is necessary.


Job Summary

Develops, implements, administers, and participates in a program or outreach program. Coordinates networking and informational meetings for staff as well as events and event logistics. Assists in managing departmental budgets and builds community partnerships.


Essential Functions

Primarily sedentary.


Physical Effort

Little physical effort required. Duties are primarily sedentary. May be required to move objects up to 25 pounds occasionally.

Hiring Range: $24,371.50 - $32,495
