PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

We are seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support our Skilled Nursing facility in the Phoenix area.

This is a great opportunity for a COTA looking for PRN flexible hours, consistent patient flow, and a supportive rehab team.

Position Details

What You'll Do

  • Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of the OT
  • Assist residents in improving daily living skills and functional independence
  • Document treatments and progress accurately
  • Collaborate with therapy and interdisciplinary teams
  • Support a positive and engaging rehab environment

What We're Looking For

  • Active COTA license in Arizona
  • SNF or rehab experience preferred
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • Reliable and flexible with scheduling
