This position provides support to the Corporate Office on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday approximately 18-24 hours per week. The position requires excellent communication skills, organization, accuracy, attention to detail, relationship building skills, verbal & written communication, judgment, and confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
- Provide courteous, professional, and timely assistance guests and employees.
- Greet visitors, determine the purpose of their visit or call, and direct them to the appropriate team member or venue contact.
- Manage employee building access cards, deliveries, and maintenance requests.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure items are restocked as needed.
- Restock kitchen and pantry items throughout the day; ensure counters are clean and maintained.
- Replenish paper at copier stations and keep copier areas neat, organized, and fully supplied.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail daily.
- Coordinate certified mail and office maintenance vendors.
- Support workspace changes including employee relocations, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Assist with catering orders for meetings/events, including delivery coordination, set up, and clean up.
- Provide general clerical support to the Office Services team.
- Work independently and collaboratively on both recurring and special projects.
- Take an active role in supporting office events, employee programming, and community-building efforts that contribute to a positive, welcoming, and connected office environment.
Requirements:
- Ability to work in-office three days per week.
- Experience in a professional setting.
- Team player with effective communication and decision-making skills to manage requests in a courteous, professional, and timely manner.
- Proficient user of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to present self and Brixmor in a professional manner in all communications and actions.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple projects.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills and personal initiative required.
- Ability to produce error-free documentation regarding spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
- Self-sufficient and able to operate independently.
- Demonstrates the ability to interact professionally and collaborate effectively with individuals across all levels of the company.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new work assignments and situations.
- Reliable, on-time attendance.
The salary range for this position has been established as $27-$32 per hour. This salary range represents the Company’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
