Every Other Weekend Required- BOTH Saturday and SundayOrientation Training Required- First Shift Hours (8:00am-4:00pm/9:00am-5:00pm)

What You'll Do

  • Provide hands-on support with personal care, meals, mobility, and daily living activities.
  • Teach and encourage independence and life skills.
  • Coach, mentor, and advocate for the individuals we support.
  • Create a safe, positive, and welcoming home environment.
  • Transport individuals to appointments, community activities, and outings.
  • Document progress and work closely with a supportive team.

What You'll Need

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Valid driver's license
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to lift and assist with mobility needs up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to complete CPR certification within 30 days and PCM certification within 60 days (training provided)
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Compensation details: 15.5-17.5 Hourly Wage
