Position Description:
Family owned and operated since 1963, DiCarlo Distributors Inc. is one of the top 30 food service distributors in the United States. We sell food to restaurants, catering facilities, schools, healthcare facilities, and food establishments, covering the Northeastern states (Long Island, five boroughs, upstate NY, CT, NJ, PA, DE. BA, DC, VA, RI & MA)

Our corporate office is located in Holtsville, LI, NY and have locations in Linden & Bellmawr NJ and Westborough, MA. This position is located in Holtsville, NY (LIE exit 63).

JOB SUMMARY: We use a state-of-the-art headset picking system to select bulk products from the dry, refrigerated and freezer sections of the warehouse. Precisely and efficiently verify products, palatalize items using an electric pallet jack and complete the order for transport.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Experience in the following is a plus:
  • Follow the directive of the headset system
  • Able to lift cases and load them onto pallet
  • Use of electric pallet jack
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
