Position Requirements

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

  • Knowledge of proper use of equipment, materials and supplies used in construction work, or ability to follow instructions and learn.
  • Attention to detail
  • Manual dexterity
  • Math skills; basic math is used everyday
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of first aid and applicable safety precautions
  • Ability to work independently, complete daily activities according to work schedule, and meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency
  • Ability to lift heavy objects up to 100 lbs., walk and stand for long periods of time and perform strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions
  • Ability to communicate orally and in writing, as well as understand, follow and transmit written and oral instructions
  • Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely
  • Ability to arrive on time to work every day
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
