AtlantiCare, a Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award recipient and the largest health system in southeastern New Jersey, is growing. And were looking for an experienced BC/BE rheumatologist to join our expanding outpatient care team.
Come join our team of board-certified experts who specialize in the diagnosis, treatment and ongoing care of autoimmune disease. With our team approach to care, were able to develop personalized care plans that meet the needs of our patients. And with the resources and clinical expertise of AtlantiCares entire network behind us, were able to consult and refer to a full array of colleagues, such as immunologists, orthopaedic physicians, physical and occupational therapists, nutritionists and many more who can all play a vital role in advancing the health of our patients.
This is a full-time opportunity with a four-day workweek with flexible scheduling and no weekends or call. Additionally, we offer:

• Competitive base salary

• Ability to accrue up to 264 hours of paid time off, which includes 40 hours of New Jersey sick leave annually and 224 hours to use for vacation, holiday, sick and personal time
• Up to $4,500 and 5 days for CME training each year

• Access to 403b and 457b benefits, including non-elective contributions
