Tealstone Residential & Commercial Concrete is looking for a strong Billing Clerk to support our fast-paced concrete operations team in Denton, TX.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support daily billing and invoicing activities
• Enter measurements and billing items into the job tracking system
• Review invoices and purchase orders for accuracy
• Communicate with accounting, billing teams, and field superintendents
• Send customer invoices and maintain billing records
• Assist with front desk support, deliveries, and office coordination

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Experience with data entry and 10-key
• Comfortable working in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Ability to multitask in a busy office environment
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
• Someone who is dependable, team-oriented, and ready to jump in where needed
