The Commercial Real Estate Appraiser role involves preparing narrative appraisals and consulting reports, leveraging Argus and Excel, and collaborating with lending institutions, funds, attorneys, municipalities, and other real estate professionals. Full Time Base Compensation $35,000-$45,000; with transition to commission based on productivity Job Responsibilities Coordinate and complete multiple appraisal assignments on complex commercial properties. Utilize Argus DCF, AE and Excel for cash flow models and analyses. Gather and research data on comparable properties and market trends. Evaluate property characteristics and financial performance history and projections. Communicate findings and advise lenders, funds, and other real estate professionals.
