We are seeking a highly analytical and business-focused leader to serve as Manager of People Analytics & Workforce Reporting, responsible for leading Quantinuum's workforce reporting, people analytics, data governance, and executive workforce insights.
This role serves as the steward of HR data and reporting, transforming workforce information into actionable business intelligence that enables leaders to make informed decisions. The successful candidate will partner across HR, Finance, and the business to improve reporting capabilities, strengthen data quality, and build scalable analytics solutions that support organizational growth.
This an onsite role based in Broomfield, CO. Quantinuum believes that employees work better, more efficiently and more collaboratively in close proximity to other employees, where ideas can be exchanged readily, and decisions can be made more quickly for the benefit of the Company and our customers. All employees should work at their assigned location; however, this role may offer the opportunity to work remotely up to 2 days per week, with approvals.
Key Responsibilities:
Workforce Analytics & Insights
- Develop and deliver workforce analytics that support business strategy and decision making.
- Analyze workforce trends including hiring, retention, internal mobility, diversity, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning.
- Identify opportunities, risks, and key trends through advanced analysis and reporting.
- Provide actionable recommendations to HR and business leaders.
Executive & Board Reporting
- Own recurring reporting for executive leadership, HR leadership, and the Board of Directors.
- Develop clear and compelling workforce insights and narratives.
- Produce strategic dashboards and presentations that support organizational objectives.
- Ensure consistency and integrity of workforce metrics and reporting methodologies.
HR Data Governance
- Serve as the functional owner of HR reporting standards and metric definitions.
- Partner with the Director of HR Technology and Operations to ensure system functionality, integrity, and consistency in data
- Develop and maintain data governance practices, data dictionaries, and reporting documentation.
- Conduct data integrity reviews and audit activities.
Reporting & Dashboard Development
- Design and maintain workforce dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Drive automation and standardization of HR reporting processes.
- Support HRIS reporting tools, and workforce planning platforms.
- Reduce manual reporting effort through scalable reporting solutions.
Workforce Planning & Strategic Analysis
- Support annual workforce planning and budgeting activities.
- Develop workforce forecasts and scenario models.
- Partner with Finance and HR leaders on organizational planning initiatives.
- Support talent strategy through data-driven insights and recommendations.
Compliance & Regulatory Reporting
- Lead required workforce reporting activities and compliance reporting.
- Support external audits, data requests, and government reporting obligations.
- Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Total Rewards on workforce-related reporting requirements.
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Operations, and Finance.
- Translate business questions into reporting and analytical solutions.
- Promote a culture of data-driven decision making across the organization.
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Bachelor's degree minimum
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR analytics, workforce planning, people analytics, reporting, or related functions.
- Experience building executive-level dashboards and reporting.
- Experience working with HRIS and workforce reporting systems.
- Due to Contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Person defined as, U.S. citizen permanent resident or green card holder, workers granted asylum or refugee status
- Due to national security requirements imposed by the U.S. Government, candidates for this position must not be a People's Republic of China national or Russian national unless the candidate is also a U.S. citizen.
WE VALUE:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
- Advanced Excel and data visualization capabilities.
- Strong analytical, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Experience with ADP, Workday, Dayforce Reporting, or similar platforms.
- Experience preparing Board or executive-level reporting.
- Knowledge of workforce planning methodologies and people analytics frameworks.
- Experience supporting a global organization.
- Experience within technology, software, advanced manufacturing, or high-growth environments.
- Experience with data governance and reporting automation.
Compensation & Benefits:
Incentive Eligible – Range posted is inclusive of bonus target.
The pay range for this role is $134,000 – $168,000 annually. Actual compensation within this range may vary based on the candidate’s skills, educational background, professional experience, and unique qualifications for the role.
