We are on the lookout for full-time or part-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists to join our mission to deliver in-person psychotherapy care to the older adult demographic. Our services currently support over 300 Skilled Nursing Facilities, covering sub-acute, long-term care, and assisted living settings.
Owned and operated by clinicians, we are dedicated to providing compassionate patient-centered counseling that significantly enhances the residents' mood, functioning, and overall quality of life. By closely partnering with onsite facility staff, we strive for better outcomes for residents and their supportive care teams. We are firmly committed to delivering top-notch psychological care, keeping pace with evolving regulations, needs, and trends.
We take on all administrative duties - including billing, insurance, credentialing, and pre-certifications - so you can focus on what matters most: providing outstanding clinical care!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions in subacute or skilled nursing facilities
  • Diagnose and manage emotional and behavioral health issues, such as depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, and cognitive decline
  • Create and implement treatment plans based on evidence, tailored to patient needs
  • Work collaboratively with staff, interdisciplinary teams, and families
  • Maintain up-to-date clinical documentation following regulation standards using our custom EHR
  • Track patient progress and adapt treatments as necessary
Requirements:
  • Valid and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the applicable state
  • Proficiency in English for verbal and written communication
  • Basic skills in technology, particularly electronic health records (EHR)
  • Strong organizational and documentation abilities, with a focus on regulatory adherence
  • Flexibility to deliver in-person services, up to 45 minutes travel if needed
  • Capacity to walk, stand, and move within facility premises throughout the day
  • Compliance with full vaccination and booster requirements where mandated
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Clinical background in subacute, long-term care, or healthcare for the elderly
  • Experience treating anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders 
    • Experience in psychology or addictions is an advantage
  • Excellent time management and organization capabilities
