Role Summary
Provides communications, graphic design, accessibility, and stakeholder engagement support for OPTN modernization activities. Develops visually engaging, Section 508-compliant communications products and supports digital communications, executive communications, presentations, infographics, and outreach materials.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing, Public Affairs, English, Journalism, or related field.
  • 3+ years of communications and graphic design experience.
  • Demonstrated experience creating Section 508-compliant documents and presentations.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Experience creating infographics, reports, briefing materials, and visual communication products.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience conducting Section 508 testing and document remediation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting Federal communications programs.
  • Experience supporting HRSA, HHS, or healthcare-related programs.
  • Experience with digital communications and website content.
  • Experience developing executive-level presentations.
  • Experience with accessibility tools (Adobe Acrobat Pro, CommonLook, etc.).
  • Experience supporting stakeholder engagement and change management activities.
  • Experience creating templates, branding assets, and communication toolkits.
