Degreed professional with progressive experience in IT with more that 15 years as a manager or team lead. Certified project manager.

Program/project management experience includes: managing all aspects of full software development life cycle using a structured methodology; creating, editing, reviewing technical documents such as software development plans, requirements documents, design documents, test plans, user guides, and training materials; development and management of web-enabled solutions. Experience creating, maintaining and monitoring project plans using ms project and other tools to manage the cost, schedule and performance of multiple small-to-medium sized software development/integration projects simultaneously. Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships within all levels of the customer's organization. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills including the ability to conduct meetings, reviews, create and deliver presentations/demonstrations; create and delivery training classes. Experience identifying, securing and managing new business.

Based on performance on prior bank project, assigned to Bank of America’s government credit card sunset project. Duties include: Assess and documenting the requirements for monitoring tools and the processes to ensure data submitted to government clients meets contractual requirements; resolve data submission issues, missing fields, outliers, incomplete or broken feeds, etc. in production; tracks and generates regular reports on data quality and integrity. Recommends modifications to established practices and procedures or system functionality as needed to support closing out the government card program at the bank. Create ad-hoc reports and user interface applications as required using Query Builder, SQL +, Access and TSYS.

Program Manager/Implementation Consultant (7 months) - Perform diverse technical and project functions on large projects and often manages more than one project at a time. Served as the primary contact for client counterparts and managed projects to meet client requirements an in accordance with scope, budget, and schedules. Assisted in monitoring and overseeing the project management activities of less senior PM's. Performed independent evaluation of information in complicated and dynamic situations. Major Accomplishments: Became a source for technical helpdesk personnel when client called with application (Works (Active Pay – credit card management)) issues that they had difficulty handling.
