  • Forecast, plan and employ manpower based on Business requirements and Production schedule

  • Executing end to end recruitment cycle- screening, short-listing and selection of middle and lower level

  • Employee Induction- issuing offer letters, on-boarding,  joining formalities, orientation

  • Employee / Personnel database management and record keeping

  • Attrition analysis- Attrition rate, root cause finding, Retention Strategies and implementation

  • Manage PMS (performance management system) and meeting the requirements of the process, system and people

  • Identify training needs across levels through skill/competency mapping required for particular positions and analysis of the existing level of competencies

  • Liaising for conduction appropriate training programs

  • Obtaining employee feedback on trainers and programs for both internal and external trainings

  • Career and succession planning for L-L employees

  • Reviewing and revising Job Descriptions and KRA’s

  • Development, communication and implementation of new programs and policies

  • Advice and assist senior management in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of operations, systems and procedures

  • Liaise with other functional / departmental heads to define and prioritize HR need for development
