Conducts Project Management functions which include creating, project mini-charter, communications log, progress report, risk management matrix, issues/tasks logs, assumptions & constraints list, milestones/deliverables.

Produces and publishes Crystal reports for various stakeholders, for essential departments such as risk management, legal, budget, etc.

Performs analytical assessments and resolutions using SQL query tools for work order, procurement, inventory, and asset management.

Serves as Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative (COTR) for service contracts with IT vendors.

Performs project management responsibilities through delivering business requirements, system requirements, managing project budgets and timelines, while conducting user-acceptance testing for projects, such as interfacing CMMS system with Inventory Procurement System,  pre-ERP data cleansing of CMMS system, improving overall CMMS system performance, etc.
