Based on performance on prior bank project, assigned to Bank of America’s government credit card sunset project. Duties include: Assess and documenting the requirements for monitoring tools and the processes to ensure data submitted to government clients meets contractual requirements; resolve data submission issues, missing fields, outliers, incomplete or broken feeds, etc. in production; tracks and generates regular reports on data quality and integrity. Recommends modifications to established practices and procedures or system functionality as needed to support closing out the government card program at the bank.
