Vice President National Operations and Compliance Responsible to create, build and grow national title and closing division for United Title, a subsidiary of Mercury Companies. Operational set up and roll out accomplished in months including production platform, client platform, website, infrastructure of operations, vendor relations, all activities associated with sales support and all division documentation necessary to support sales, operations, accounting and reporting. Responsible to maintain state by state compliance with regards to centralized closing and settlement practices. Promote and perform high level of customer service with proactive measures, process development and continuous improvement. Perform high level of communication with financial officers and legal counsel of parent company including participation in budget meetings, metric accountability, state compliance regulation and accounting compliance. Responsible to drive revenue and growth through management of all vendors, high knowledge of product offerings throughout all business channels, managing sales division, process improvement, marketing, managing expenses and trial balance, technology maintenance and improvement, and promoting a partner/consultative approach to relationships with our clients and vendors. Division dissolved in merger with three other sister companies that now operate under the name of Lenders First Choice.

National Lender Services – Manager, National Accounts/Client Relations Primary function is to act as liaison between LandAmerica’s National Lender Services’ clients and its internal operations and sales teams across all business units. Duties include on-boarding and implementation of all new clients across all product lines, improving client service, retention, cross-selling and overall revenue growth of accounts. Providing continuous understanding and identification of client needs and developing new strategies to meet their needs and deliver value-add service to each client. Responsible to maintain a high level of communication between LandAmerica’s NLS Operating Divisions to onboard/implement new clients and field all relationship, billing and technical questions; and between sales executives/staff to develop sales strategies, action plans and client site visits; and with clients to understand their business objectives.
Senior Manager, Client Relations Responsible for managing and growing the overall relationship for OneStop financial institution clients. Function as an internal quarterback to direct resources and activities within the OneStop organization. Responsibilities and activities include all new client on-boarding and implementation; continually developing each client relationship; ensure client satisfaction by reviewing ongoing results and handling issues; participating in project planning, management and execution; communicating and reporting to OneStop senior management on a regular basis; establish and manage client revenue objectives and manage the client relation team. I created the workflow, a communication channel and process management between national sales and operations for the purpose of on-boarding and implementing new clients.
Operations Liaison/Customer Service – Order Center Supervisor Management of the customer service and national order center departments. Provide excellent customer service and turn times to our national clients including extensive phone contact, research, vendor management, reporting, problem solving and managing teams with regards to training and production. Provide support in maintaining quality customer service and vendor management for national customers and agents. Duties include acting as primary liaison between our office and corporate headquarters in Virginia; working directly with sales team in setting up new customers; maintaining information and status on our customers and vendors across the country; quality assurance; revenue recognition; special projects including preparing reports and statistics; and workflow analysis, process integration and management.
Settlement Coordinator Act as on-site liaison between the title company and the customer. As a representative of the title company, I support the customer on every aspect of closing loans on a national level. Duties include entering, placing and tracking orders, dispute resolution, problem solving, reviewing title work and providing general support to the customer, lender and brokers with national transactions.
