Graphic Arts Specialist and Entrepreneur

The first seven years of my working career specialized in the Graphic Arts and Marketing Fields. Along with juggling school, I followed in my father’s footsteps and became and expert in off-press proofing. I was the first woman in American history to speak at both the gravure and lithographic printing conferences in and . In I accepted a position as International Sales Manager for American Photographics Corporation in Elk Grove Village Illinois. It was in this position that I learned product training and began my educational and speaking career. In , to accommodate the product sales and marketing of new graphic inventions and materials a new side company called Maggie Dean Ltd was formed, of which I was the President. In , APC had a corporate change resulting in a new corporation called Kruger-Brent America Ltd, of which I became the President and Director. In all three of these positions, I was responsible for the development of advertising and marketing strategies, business plans, promotional material, and technical writing.
