I was responsible for monitoring proper usage and the effectiveness of the tool. I interacted with upper management on the health of the company pipeline and forecast. I also managed the coordination of future releases, determining the scope of the release. Trained all new sales representatives and provided advanced training for the field, executives, managers, sales representatives, administrative and business analyst support personnel, and special interest groups. National Support Representative for the entire Siemens National workforce. Troubleshot field software issues and provided first level support for Remedy Tickets. I was a senior contributor in implementing the Siebel Sales Automation Tool release, determining what the scope of the release would be as well as working with the implementation vendor through the RFP process. Once the consultants were determined I was influential in planning the rollout schedule with them, coordinating and conducting user review groups to better understand the field’s requirements, performed much of the process documentation work to define the new system to our technical staff and ensured that the application performed to the process specification.
