PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYMENT 2000-2005 Mediaplex (Formerly AdWare Systems), New York, New York Relationship Manager/ New Business Development Responsible for building a collaborative, successful relationship between Mediaplex and our customer(s) to ensure a strong connection with customers and Mediaplex. Acts as primary liaison between client and Mediaplex overseeing all aspects of our clients business. As Relationship Manager worked closely with the Implementation team on all new client software installation. Provided feedback from the customers to our development team with regard to their enhancement requests to our software applications. Keep customer informed of the status of their enhancement requests. Informed customer of new features available in up coming product releases. Additional responsibilities included New Business Sales support for our Media, Production and Financial software applications. In addition, achieved revenue from existing customers through selling of products not currently used by customer, consulting services, or additional training. ACCOMPLISHIMENTS: Managed implementation and relationship for a major buying service. Successfully sold Mediaplex software applications to new customer(s) this resulted in 115K of additional billings. As well as, 100K in up selling to existing client base. 1998-2000 Columbine CJDS/Adserve, New York, NY. Account Manager Responsible for all Account Management/Service activity on several major accounts. Worked closely with client on software installation. Recommended and implemented client internal procedures as related to software which often results in savings in manpower for our clients. Managed a staff of 2 Client Service Representatives. 1997-1998 KTS/Adserve Systems, Inc., New York, N.Y. Senior Client Service Representative Responsible for installation and training on all software applications. Work closely with agencies in managing all aspects of implementation. As well as, troubleshooting, problem solving, set up system security and workflow based on individual agencies requirements as it pertains o the Adserve systems. Account Executive management responsibilities. Maintain specific client portfolios. Evaluate client’s needs and propose software improvements. ACCOMPLISHMENTS: Successfully managed, installed and trained software appplications for an 800M agency. PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYMENT 1990-1997 DSI DATATRAK SYSTEMS, INC.,Parsippany, N.J. Group Manager of Client Services and Director of Quality Control Responsible for extensive training, consulting, conversion and installation of software. Monitored and maintained systems documentation, software upgrades, user/auxiliary manuals, and testing of product software for quality control. Managed a staff of 5 professionals. ACCOMPLISHMENTS: Successfully installed and trained software products for approximately 40 advertising agencies. Troubleshoot and problem-solving on systems software. Evaluated client needs and propose software improvements Implemented and managed on-line schedules for all employees. Provided client training on/off-site premises approximately (150-200). 1984-1990 AMMIRATI & PURIS, INC., New York, N.Y. Manager of Newspaper Buying/Media Estimating. Responsible for $200MM in media billings. Acted as liaison between media planners and accounting department. Monitored and maintained magazine and newspaper contracts. Analyzed budget vs. estimated expenditure and worked with Controller to resolve discrepancies. Managed a staff of 4 professionals. ACCOMPLISHMENTS: Implemented, trained and monitored computer conversion from manual system linking all aspects of the advertising business, resulting in $75M savings. Maintained staff and increased productivity while agency's billings quadrupled from $50MM to $200MM. Special Interest Group Leader for 20 advertising agencies currently utilizing DSI DATATRAK computer software. 1971-1984 CATO JOHNSON/YOUNG & RUBICAM INC., NEW YORK, NY Manager of Accounting Services Responsible for $100MM agency billings. Acted as liaison for account management and media departments. Analyzed budget vs. spending trends for Director of Finance. Managed Client Accounting team for Media and Production estimating, billing and paying. ACCOMPLISHMENTS: Reduced past due receivables from 50%to 70% in only 3 years (their lowest-ever percentage), by revamping the billings systems. Implemented a computerized Bill-Pay System. Modeled Y&R CORPORATE Programs to fit the individualized needs of media, production design and sales promotion divisions. Centralized Bill-Pay Systems of the San Francisco and Cincinnati affiliates to interface with parent company.
